What the watch does

Today's program

One row per workout or meal, with its time, and a check once done.

Workouts on your wrist

Swipe up for the next exercise, tap the screen to pause. Your heart rate shows live, and one swipe brings up the music controls.

Runs and intervals

With the watch's GPS: kilometres, pace, heart rate, calories and route. The coach calls out every kilometre.

No phone needed

What you do on the watch works without an iPhone and without a network, and reaches your program as soon as the connection is back.

With the iPhone
