Warm-up, circuits, stretching
Every workout follows the same order: a warm-up, one or more circuits, then stretching. Circuits run in rounds, as an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) or as an EMOM (one exercise at the start of every minute).
Maya Sport builds your workouts from your fitness test, your equipment and the time you have. At home or at the gym, bodyweight or with weights. After each session you say how it felt, and Maya tunes the next one.

Three things matter: what you can do, what you own, and how much time you have.
Maya Zero, a fitness test of about 30 minutes, measures what you can do today: push-ups, squats, burpees, plank, balance. Every workout starts from there.
You tick what you own: dumbbells, a kettlebell, resistance bands, a pull-up bar, a bench, gym machines… If you tick nothing, your workouts are bodyweight only.
The days, the times and the length follow your schedule. Missed a session? Ask Maya to move it: she takes care of it in the chat.

Every workout follows the same order: a warm-up, one or more circuits, then stretching. Circuits run in rounds, as an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) or as an EMOM (one exercise at the start of every minute).
Every exercise has its demo video, with its reps, its duration or its load. You know what to do before you do it.
A voice calls out the exercises and the rests over your music, without cutting it. The volume is adjustable, and one tap mutes it.
Swipe up to go to the next exercise. Timed exercises and rests move on by themselves.

Intensity (did you sweat enough?) and difficulty (were the movements too easy, or too hard?). 5 is perfect. Maya uses both to tune your next workouts.
A sore spot, a wish, an exercise you dislike: write it down. Maya reads it before planning your next sessions.
The time of each circuit and the calories. With an Apple Watch: your heart rate, your heart-rate zones and your one-minute heart-rate recovery.

Yes. If you tick no equipment, Maya plans bodyweight workouts: push-ups, squats, lunges, plank, burpees… You can add equipment later, and the next workouts will use it.
Yes. The Maya Zero test measures your starting level, and you choose the effort you want: “just right”, “pushing myself” or “all out”. Your ratings after each workout tell Maya whether to go up or down.
As long as you give it. Tell Maya how many minutes you have and on which days: she builds the workout to fit. The planned duration shows before you start.
Add it to your profile, or tell Maya: she avoids the movements that cause trouble and lightens the session. For a recent injury, see a doctor first.
