The route
The map of your run, the distance and the duration.

A distance, a time, a race date, or simply running more often. Maya places the runs in your week, alongside the rest of your program.
Open today's run and tap “Start”. The map, the clock, the distance, the pace and the calories show live. GPS and voice keep going with the phone locked.
After the run, a word for Maya: heavy legs, a stitch, too easy. She uses it to plan the next run.

During the run, a voice gives you your numbers, so you never have to look at the screen.

Average and maximum, the time of each kilometre, and your best kilometre.
Elevation gain and calories. With an Apple Watch, your heart rate and running form too.

No. Maya Sport's only link to another app is Apple Health.
