Delete your Maya account

From the app (iPhone or Android)

• Open Maya and go to your stats (at the bottom of the screen).
• Tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
• Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Without the app

• Sign in at my.getmaya.app with your account.
• Open Settings, then Delete my account, and confirm.
• Can't sign in any more? Write to hello@getmaya.app from your account's email address, asking for deletion. We do it within a month at the latest.

What is deleted

Everything, immediately and permanently: your profile, your programs, your sessions, your runs, your weight history, the health data sent to Maya (steps, sleep) and your entire conversation with Maya. There is no bin and no grace period.

What remains, and for how long

• The sign-in log kept by our authentication provider (email address and IP address of each sign-in): a few weeks.
• What the artificial intelligence model provider received during your last exchanges: up to thirty days, to watch for abuse, under its own policy.
